    This is how this should/will be spent.

    - Staff Pay, 30,000.
    - Repairs and rebuildings, 30,000.
    - Provisions for departments, 20,000.
    - Public Events, 20,000.

    Only the minister may withdraw from this vault. A reason must be stated for the withdrawing of the money. Loans can be provided by Gringotts.
