Right, let's get this sorted out. Toby devised the rules for artifacts.
The rule on this is if you are killed it can be taken, this is a fair way to handle it.
Stop trying to loophole these rules by placingf artifacts in your Gringotts vault.
This will not stop it from been taken if your killed, so just accept that.
You cannot bend the rules of the freaking roleplay to suit yourself.


The rule about artifacts is that if your killed, your murderer can choose to take it.
You cannot bend the rules about these by putting them in your Gringotts vault.
Rule bending is just as bad as rule breaking, so stop it and live with it.
If you die, you may lose the artifacts.
Just deal with it and win it back.

Can Artifacts be handed down and how do we apply for Artifacts.

You must kill owner of the artifact or steal it from them.
No-one applies.

If the artifact is in a vault
how can it be taken
the goblins wont give anyone but family the things in the vault

I mean artifacts no-one is in possesion of Liek The Gruffindor Sword or Longbottom's remembrall

Well they cant exactly put it in a vault and make it impossible for someone to get it,
or it pretty much spoils having the artefact at all if you wont use it.
So we had to make a 140 line rule for breaking into gringotts and taking the item from their vault.
