An auror must recieve: E's and O's in these subjects at O.W.L level:

A Potions O.W.L.
A DADA O.W.L
A Charms O.W.L
A TransfigurationO.W.L

Advised Subjects at O.W.L level:

You are advised to take these subjects, they are not necessary though but are important:

Herbology.
