After leon brooks killed the Dark lord he was trailed for these things:
Multiple murder
Multiple use of the Unforgivable curses
He was trialed and found guilty of all the accusations and has been sacked, has to do community sentences, ASWELL as 3 months in azkaban and a 50 galleon fine
Later Fyrr was charged with:
Destruction fo proerty
He was found guilty even though He was under Voldy's control when he did it
