IC: The White Death.

The White Death is recently formed Dark Wizarding group that operate openly within the wizarding world. Although no major crimes have been commited, it has been said they are building up before they attempt to become the only group of Dark wizards, by defeating the Death Eater's. The group is said to be fronted by Scar Montez. An Americain wizard guilty of several accounts of breaking entering, vandalism, robbery, torture and murder in the United States. He has recently come to England as it is known as the country with the highest Wizarding Population. It is unknown how many members of this group there are at the moment and how big of thing this could be. Montez is said to be the most dangerous Dark Wizard outside of Europe. One of his biggest crimes was the murder of over twelve muggles in the Americain state of California. Although his magic skill isn't as great as the Dark Lord's, Montez is still rated "Highly Dangerous" by the Ministry of Magic here in England and "Exceedingly Dangerous" by the Americain Council of Wizarding.

I shall recomend an ALL Staff Meeting to discuss every single problem that the Death Eaters and the other bad people are facing us. We need to take severe action.
