    Okay let's get this sorted out.

    There will be a Dark Lord, intially Voldemort.
    The Dark Lord can be dethroned if another DE defeats him.
    Thats how it will work.
    The Dark Lord isn't just a position you get to keep, you must fight to keep it.
    That's the point of the Dark Lord, it can be challenged.
